Nothing about your child
This is the heart of it: Slatey has no child profiles, no progress files, no behavioural data— none of it exists. We can’t track your child because we collect nothing about them. Private by construction, not by policy.
What we do collect (from you)
Only your phone number, and your email if you choose to give it, for the parent account and waitlist. If you place a refundable hold, our payment provider processes the payment — we never see or store your card details.
Why we collect it
Solely to contact you about your Slatey waitlist place — early access, founding-family pricing, launch updates, and refunds. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing spam.
Your rights (DPDP Act)
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent, at any time. Email privacy@slatey.com and we’ll act promptly.
Refunds
The ₹99 founding-price hold is fully refundable at any time, for any reason — and you are charged nothing until Slatey Mode launches and you choose to go ahead. Ask and we return it in full.
